The Oak Tree Homeowners Association is an organization that manages several Subdivisions located off of Oak Tree Road on the Brawley School Road Peninsula.
Oak Tree was built by various builders including Shea
and Beazer Homes and the developer was Morrison Cove LLC / BV Belk Inc.
Located approximately 25 miles north of Charlotte between I-77 and Lake Norman and is within the Incorporated limits of the Town of Mooresville comprising of 3 Subdivisions with 247 Homes when fully built-out. The subdivisions were started in 1996 and the Homeowners Associations were combined into one in the Summer of 2005.
