Subdivisions : The Villages at Oak Tree subdivisions, including Morrison Cove, Wyndham Shores and Oak Tree Landing are governed by the Oak Tree Homeowners Association Board of Directors.
Amenities : The Amenities of the subdivisions have their own legal documents registered under Villages at Oak Tree Recreation Association
Boat Docks :The Boat Docks located off of Castles Gate Drive are owned and managed under a separate Association known as Morrison Cove Boat Slip Association

Paper copies of the Covenants are available from the Association for a fee of $25.00 per Association requested.
