The Morrison Cove at Oak Tree Homeowners Association is one of 3 Associations in the Oak Tree Alliance.

Morrison Cove is on the south side of Oak Tree Road on the Brawley Schools Road Peninsula,
located approx. 25 miles north of Charlotte between I-77 and Lake Norman within the Incorporated limits
of the Town of Mooresville.there are 124 Homes in Morrison Cove Subdivision.
