The Oak Tree Landing is one of 3 Subdivisions in the Oak Tree Alliance.

Oak Tree Landing is at the end of Oak Tree Road on the Brawley Schools Road Peninsula,
located approx. 25 miles north of Charlotte between I-77 and Lake Norman in
the Town of Mooresville.there are 124 Homes in Oak Tree Landing.

Presently subdivsision is only a member of the Oak Tree Recreation Association and has no bylaws, covenants or restrictions. This subdivision is manged and being built out by BVBelk Inc.
