The Wyndham Shores at Oak Tree Homeowners Association is one of 3 Associations in the Oak Tree Alliance.

Wyndham Shores is on the north side of Oak Tree Road on the Brawley Schools Road Peninsula,
located approx. 25 miles north of Charlotte between I-77 and Lake Norman within the Incorporated limits
of the Town of Mooresville. There are 111 House Sites with 110 Homes in Wyndham Shores.
