Oak Tree HOA Ammenities

The Oak Tree community has two pools, one with a kiddy/splash pool (coming soon!!!),  a private boat launch, boat storage and boat slips on site.

  • Pool #1 - Castles Gate Road - This Pool and Cabana located in Morrison Cove Subdivision has a wonderful view of the Lake Inlet and adjoins the Boat Docks and Boat Launch on a 1.38 Acre parcel of common space.
     

  • Pool #2 - Queensbury Lane - This Pool and Cabana is located in the Wyndham Shores subdivision on 1.15 Acres of Common Space. Kiddy Pool/Splash Pool as well as a play ground (coming Soon!!!)
     

  • Boat Launch - Located on the west side of Pool #1 on Castles Gate Road
     

  • Boat Storage -  A Dry Boat storage area is located on Castleton Drive on the Wyndham Shores side of Oak Tree.  There are 59 dry storage spaces for lease by Lot Owners in the Association.  There is currently a waiting list for spaces.  To add your name to the list, please contact the management company at bammgmtservices@aol.com

  • Boat Docks - There are 2 - 3 Boat positions at the Launch for temporary use by Residents without a Slip while launching and removing their boats. Not for public use and all day or night parking.

  • Boat Slips - These RESTRICTED SLIPS are for BOAT SLIP OWNERS ASSOCIATION Members Only and is not a common area as such.      

 

Pool Hours

6 AM - 10 PM Sunday - Thursday
6 AM - 11 PM Friday - Saturday

Both Pools are available for use by ALL members of the Oak Tree Homeowners Association.
