Meeting Minutes

Below is a list of monthly meeting minutes from the Board of Directors Meetings as well as the Annual and Semi-Annual meeting minutes. The Oak Tree HOA Board of directors is now meeting the second Friday of each month.  The Annual meeting is typically held in the October/November time frame and a Semi-Annual meeting was incorporated this year (2010) and was held April 22nd.  The Board has also added two additional pool side chats, which allows the home owners the chance to voice any concerns or praises that they may have in regards to the Oak Tree Community.
